your goals, strengths/weaknesses, and catered to your timeline. Sean will keep track of your calendar and measure your progress over time. You will be able to contact Sean with any questions during your Fitness Journey.
When you sign up, you’ll receive an Initial Base Fitness assessment and then Monthly as WE go on your Fitness Journey TOGETHER!!
